Your Path to Clarity
I’m Vihanga, Senior Coach at Clarity Coaching.
For the past five years, I’ve worked with students preparing for selective-entry schools, senior secondary mathematics, science, and English. Along the way, I’ve taught thousands of hours of lessons, worked closely with schools and universities across Victoria, and helped design and deliver academic programs used across some of the state’s largest tutoring organisations.
I’ve never been drawn to plastering student results across websites or calling myself a founder. That style of tutoring culture never felt necessary. I prefer to focus on building strong systems, teaching with care, and making sure students feel supported rather than sold to.
I stay busy by choice. If I expect students to commit to their learning, they should see the same standard from me. Not glorifying burnout or lack of sleep, simply showing that consistent, structured effort leads to real progress.
At Clarity Coaching, students take priority. I invest heavily in my tutors and coaches, because the quality of teaching will always matter more than scale or promises. Everything we build is designed to be clear, structured, and genuinely helpful for students.
